attacks could be on the way. >> allen bar of texas was stunned to show that red cross records showed ae recently contributed $200 with his credit card, and something he didn't do. while many of the people in the latest attack were corporates, but now it's individuals too. the credit card company alerted him in time. most of the charitable contributions made by the hackers, the group calling itself anonymous because they were stolen to begin with. the group anonymous was clearly relishing the attention, saying there's plenty more havoc in store for the rest of the week, and it called for the release of manning who is accused of passing on thousands of documents to wikileaks. >> it's a fairly serious breach. we're talking about a lot of people's identities, including people insensitive positions in the defense department, intelligence agencies, and private companies even foreign embassies. >> a twitter hacker says celebrities are among the next victims, but because the group is so decentralized there's no way to verify that claim. >> the texas company says it is putting plans in place to

. the system started out as snow in west texas on sunday and monday night, and temperatures in the teens. the snow then turned to ice as the snow moved across the midwest. a light dusting along with super cold temperatures made for a difficult commute in missouri. the highs never made it above freezing. >>> meanwhile to the north, the storm brought two days of heavy rain to ohio. downpours along with the storm drains clogged by leaves caused flooding in low lying areas on the streets of columbus, ohio. speaking of weather, let's talk to tom kierein about our weather and see if we can expect any changes including snow. >> in the metro area, we will get a change over from rain to snow around midnight. there's light rain in the metro area, but look at the precipitation. it's from mississippi to maine. it's a combination of snow and rain. closer to washington, getting heavy rain in central west virginia, and now likely creeks and streams out of their banks. and west of that, it's snowing. charleston, west virginia, up to pittsburgh, and it's light rain across virginia. that will probably inc

of the nation is settled except in southern new mexico. they are getting a snowstorm as well as southwest texas. getting rain around seattle, but otherwise much of the nation is settled here for travel here on this big travel day. clouds will be in and out for the rest of the afternoon, and fall from the mid-50s to near 50 by sunset, and then this evening partly cloudy and turning colder, and it will drop to near 40 by midnight and the winds will diminish and then down to 30 by dawn on saturday. tomorrow, lots of sun and highs climbing into the mid-40s. should be great weather for the skins and vikings game at fedex field on saturday afternoon. and then for christmas eve, it should be mostly clear and getting cold. it will be down near 30 on christmas morning on sunday. right now, it's looking better for christmas day. the last few days i thought we would have a storm, and it looks like the storm will be south of us. highs in the mid-40s on christmas. and then for monday, into the 40s again after a cold start and cold front for the rest of the week, and maybe rain on tuesday. stay tuned. we'll

. >>> major winter storm aimed at the south western great platins could snarl plans today. new mexico, texas, oklahoma, kansas, and colorado. the storm could leave up to 18 inches of snow in some parts of the country. forecasters say the storm will last through tomorrow afternoon. >>> let's check in with tom kierein for the latest our weather. tom? >> well, we had a very cold start this morning but now things are beginning to warm up and the temperatures are now climbing into the upper 30s to low and mid 40s throughout much of the region. southerly breeze is with us now and our sky is mostly sunny. we have clouds on the increase. now coming into the mountains from the west. and there is a weak disturbance bringing in a few sprinkles out in the mountains in the ohio valley. but as that moves in tomorrow, we have a possibility of a few sprinkles coming through and at's going to be perhaps increasing a little bit as we get into wednesday. that won't be until wednesday afternoon or perhaps into wednesday evening and then we will dry out again for a while. and for the rest of the afternoon, some
